Dardos malo

I didn’t post yesterday because I was recovering from yet another humbling defeat in the darts tournament. This time it came at the hands of the ‘Shafters’… How apropos…

I can honestly take most of the credit, as I lost all of the three games I was involved in… I just couldn’t seem to shepherd my three darts in the same direction… These things happen however; In a game where such physical precision is required, even the least palpable of influences can have a mitigating effect on one’s accuracy. I believe that a marathon practice session on Tuesday night, combined with a lot of ‘mouse’ use the following day, contributed to a smidgen of arm fatigue Wednesday night. It’s the only explanation I can fathom considering I am right-handed when I throw darts, and that I’m a lefty when it comes to self-gratification… Plus I only did that four times on Wednesday anyway…
